Saturday Pickup

Consignors may choose whether they want to pick up any items that did not sell from their inventory. If a consignor chooses to retrieve their items, pickup is from 12:30-2:00 on Saturday of the sale.

We will completely shut down for 1 hour before pickup to do our very best to have all items in their correct place. We will also have extra volunteers at the church to help consignors find their items; however, WE DO NOT HAVE THE MANPOWER TO PRE-SORT before pickup. Please allow yourself ample time to find your items because we have to start taking racks down at 2:00 pm sharp due to the church's Saturday evening events. This is strictly volunteer, so we aren't responsible for lost items. We do the best we can to make sure everything is monitored the best we can.

Consignors may have a friend or relative pick up their unsold items on Saturday as long as the representative is able to provide the consignor number and address for that account.

Steps for picking up:

1) print the following AT HOME: a list of your unsold items.

2) go directly to the gym or areas where your unsold items are located. Look for your items and feel free to ask one of our volunteers to help you search.

3) take your items to the checkout room (A291) so that we can verify that the items you are retrieving match your consignor number
