WHAT WE ACCEPT
all items must be clean, gently used, & in good working condition. Please check that items are free of stains, rips, missing parts, & excessive wear.
GENERAL GUIDELINES (APPLIES TO ALL CATEGORIES)
- ALL tags MUST be printed on WHITE CARDSTOCK, our scanners cannot read any other type of paper, and this results in slowing down our check out process.
- CLOTHING (newborn-junior size 16): MUST be on WIRE HANGERS, attached with appropriately sized safety pins
- SHOES (newborn & up): MUST be clean & odor-free. Secure together in a ZIPLOCK BAG, with tag TAPED INSIDE, &packing tape across the zipped top part.
-SECURE ALL PIECES: make sure ALL PARTS ARE SECURELY ATTACHED. Whether it's a dress with a belt, a game with a small pieces, or a play set with accessories, EVERYTHING must stay together. USE SAFETY PINS, ZIP TIES, PLASTIC BAGS, OR PAINTER'S TAPE, to keep it all securely together.
-BATTERY OPPERATED TOYS/GEAR: MUST include WORKING BATTERIES.
-ASSEMBLY: Large baby gear MUST be FULLY ASSEMBLED at drop-off (unless new in box with picture attached.)
-ALL LARGE ITEMS MUST HAVE 2 TAGS!!
